Extract data from web page is cutting information in the output

Hello everyone,

I am extracting information from a website (https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/publications/news), and for the extraction of longer paragraphs the preview shows me the correct selection of what I want to extract. As shown in the image below in the "Value #2"

But when the data is shown in the corresponding datatable the text is cut and not shown in its entirety. Being that I only end up with the complete paragraph in certain cases. Here are some of the values in the table that don't show the complete paragraph

Does anyone know why that happens and can you help me get the correct output with the full paragraph?

While extracting data use extract data from web pade and when pop up opens select table and then try to select the fields which you require to extract
Please try it and I have given the flow for your previous post which I have tried

I don't understand this answer I am sorry, the data is already being extracted as a table, and the values shown in the preview are the ones that I want (from this I would think the selection is correct?), the problem is when I run the flow the string value shown in the preview is not shown in the datatable, its the correct value but cut before the end in most cases.

Might just be an issue with preview. Try pushing it to a file or something like that and checking the output.

Thank you for your answer Agnius,

I pushed the data on to a Excel sheet and still nothing, I get only the beginning of the text.
This has happened here in this way and also on other websites where I select a 'div' or a 'paragraph' selector but can only access the first line of text in that selector and the rest just disappears, despite showing in the preview.

If the data was there but on another line where I could access it, but I can't find it anywhere. It's a problem for me on several websites and stopping me from progressing on my flow.

If you know anyway to help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again

I haven't experienced this myself. Might be a bug. I suggest reporting this to MS support.

In the meantime, a workaround could be getting the entire page source via Get details of web page and then using Parse text with regex to retrieve the text. This can get you a list of all those paragraphs, while you can get the other values, such as the dates via Extract data from web page.

Thank you for your answer I will look into it

I will message support to look further into this and try your option but I'm not sure if that way I can make it dynamic to retrieve always the same selector even if the content changes which is my objective.

It is possible to do that. That's why you need regex, though. Try it out and see if it works for you. If it doesn't and you need some help, maybe post it here, but under a different topic.
