Hello, I made lists with some options. When I confirm by setting status to 'closed' I want this item being set to a separated place or map calles 'closed items' so it isn't anylonger between all open issues and I get a good overview How should I arrange this? thx

@rafsauvillers  i didnt get what you want to do when status is set to closed? Do you want to change value of other column in the record?

Hi Anna, I attached a screenshot. You see first column 'Status'. When it is set to 'Opgelost' (same as 'done' but in dutch) then I want the complete row t dissapear from my list and kept else (not deleted completely because I want to have an overview of my 'done' tickets afterwards) Is it kept in a second list ok, or in a excel file or else, it is all fine but not in my overview. Do you understand? Thanks RafSchermafbeelding 2021-07-01 om 07.27.50.png

@rafsauvillers in that case you can apply filter on the view to show items where status is not equal to Opgelost, does that work?
