Beginner question please about data export from Dataverse

Hi, im not a developer, new to Teams and managing a community project. Id like to be able to export data to CSV from our 'Milestones' app, the attached first screenshot seems to indicate this is possible from PowerApps but when I click on the 'Data' Icon (screen shot 2) I dont see any tables menu item, or export option. Any help greatly appreciated. thanks, Daniel - dan@wyndhamparkcc.com.au

    Hi Dan

     

    The MS instructions are for 'full' Dataverse. You are using PowerApps for Teams, which is different.

     

    Currently there is no export data feature on Dataverse for Teams. You would need to use Power Automate to pull the records out using the Dataverse connector and then insert the rows into an Excel table using the Excel Online connectors.

     

    For example, you can create a Power Automate flow with an instant trigger, and then List Rows from Dataverse. Add an Apply to Each loop, and inside this add an action to add a new row to an Excel workbook.
