Check Values in Teams Message / Edit the Value and Approve

Hi,

i try to find a solution for a good Handling in my Case.

I wanna get all Confidence Scores of labels from my AI Builder Modell, Values which are rated under 60 or 70 (have to test that first), should Approve or edited by an Employee.(i often get wrong Adresses from customer so they have to be edited)

So the first thing i wanna know is, if there is a way, a user get a text, edit these text and solve the mistakes in it, and this values return to the flow?

I never seen or read a tutorial for this.

The Second thing is,

i now that there are Limitations in Approval Function and i think this case is a bit to low for the big function of approvals in MS. So i think about if is that way possible to build with with a teams message ?

My Users get an Teams Message when ReadOut is starting (we have an folder which starts read out when new file is in it) and also the base facts of the file and total confidence score, when the flow has success (also when not).

But it is possible, to build an return value in Team Message that go´s straight to the flow?

In this moment, when i write the Text, i realize that there is maybe only the function to break the flow and wait for approvbe with the build in MS approvals function, not with a teams message.

Maybe one of you build something similiar and can tell me how to do (not in Detail)?

May be i am bit confused, so to make sure > you want a teams message which need to be edited by user and then submit it back right ?

Also I am bit confused around the source of data on which you are trying to building the approval.

yes you gettin right, i give you an example:
i often have customers which are not only writting there address in it so:
exact Address: Carl-Edmundsen-Street 127c
Customer Street: Carl-Edmundsen-Street 127c /FirstFloor
or Carl-Edmundsen-Street 127c, EG
or Carl-Edmundsen-Street c127 / not 127d
and sooo on
There are certain variations how customers write the streets and numbers in it, that i dont get the chance all these to build in a failure loop to solve that.
Problem, in the flow later:
-File gets analyzed
-Flow Build a New Folder based on that Street
-Flow Copy and Paste the File in this Folder and Rename the File with the Street Name.
So for me, it is very important, that the Street is in right format 😉
And the only way to Check that (in my opinion) is lets check it by employee...

In Power Apps Language...
i build a label field where is shown the Adress in Team Message and a txt_field with default value from the label field and edit it to the corrected spelling.

Which way do you think on when you read that case?
I can only Look on Solution to solve Problems, what my horizon shows me, so i know the real horizon is much bigger than mine at this time 😉

so via approval itself, you need to get correct street name from the approval action and then need to update file/folder name accordingly. Am i correct ?

what i think is, check the adress first (about Aproval or Teams Message), than playback the edited street to the flow, so that, if edited, var_Edited is used and if not edited the var_original is used for building Folder and the further steps in the flow.

in teams we don't have an option to edit message sent via normal approval action, but there is one way which is to use adaptive cards in teams, so using adaptive cards, you can create a form which is editable and it has field with value of street which is obtained from flow as default value, user can edit it and submit the adaptive card back to flow so that updated value can be used if needed ?
