how does "sql get rows" work?

Hi all,

 

I am a new user of MS Flow.

I want to create a real time report in power BI, so I use "SQL Get rows" to keep my report updated.

How many rows can the Flow get in one turn? and how can I get only new rows or updated rows?

    I share a Flow Cookbook "Notify Max No of SQL Server records to Phone"

    This flow notify max no of SQL Server records by using "SQL Server - Get rows" action.
