Notification when records found in D365 Finance and Operations table

Hi,

I was asked to create a flow that runs on a schedule, and sends an email when records with certain values are found in the table dbo.WHSLoadTable of our production D365 environment.  Is this possible, and if so, how can I connect to that table?

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
