Hello,

I have a sharepoint list named "Registration" with following columns

Id

Name

Location

Registration complete?

Archive Library

Archive Library column has two values "Approved" & "Archive"

So when this column has value "Archive" , I want a flow run which will move the item to a different Sharepoint list named "Registration Archive" which has all the same columns.

Am new to Power Automate and not much I have done.

Kindly help me.

    Hi @EbyAEaso

According to your description you want to move items from Registration list to Registration Archive list when the value of 'Archive Library' is Archive.

I set up a flow, you can take a try with the following screenshots.

This is my test Registration list.

    Flow in details:

Archive Library Value : Select Enter custom value, then select Archive Library Value from dynamic content.

When an item's Archive Library value is changed to Archive, this item will be moved to Registration Archive list.
