Customer Voice survey data

I need to create a flow to pull survey data back into a table in CRM.
 
There doesn't appear to be any triggers for this.  And the Action only has 2...Send a Survey and Create an Invitation.
 
I looked in Dynamics 365 for triggers and nothing.
 
Please help.

    Hi,
     
    So you need to use the When a new response is submitted action so that when the person responds to the survey you can grab it and then feel free to shove whatever you want into D365 using the Dataverse connector
     
    here is an example of grabbing it.
