PAD version most recent 2.46.00242.24194 (the MSIX installation from Microsoft Store)
Edge version most recent 127.0.2651.86 - PAD Extension installed
Chrome version most recent
127.0.6533.90 - PAD Extension installed

Started 2 weeks ago.
Any and all Edge or Chrome based PA Desktop flows no longer start correctly. Error is below. This occurs even after complete un- and reinstall of Power Automate desktop. Also complete repair of Edge and even Reset. Removing the PA Extension. Reinstalling it from MS Store. Removing it again, reinstalling it via the Power Automate Designer Tools menu.
Each time now you try to run a Flow, or create one and capture UI elements, Power Automate "thinks" the Extension is not installed, popping up the prompt it does when it's sensing its not actually Installed. But it is.
Have already experimented with MS advice on that behavior-- no change.

It can only be doing this because something is preventing the Extension from "starting" in the browser (so no PAD.BrowserMessagingHost.exe hook appears for each browser in Task Manager)

And running the Troubleshooter repeatedly produces this info (after un- and re-install)-- the entries DO match (and deleting the HKLM entry doesn't fix either)
