Can not see 'Component' option to import new component in Expense template app

Dear Friends,

 

I have a problem with a customization app based on my expense app provided by Microsoft,  I can not see the 'component' option to let me able to add additional component, it supposed to be here highlighted in red,,

but when I create a new canvas app, I can see 'Components' this option

I tried other template like leave request template app , it also have the same issue of 'Components' disappear, I really appreciate anyone who can teach me how to enable this option.

    Go to File > Settings > 'Upcoming features' and enable 'Components'
