Sharepoint site and list name from variables

Hi,

I was trying to create a design where I can just change the SharePoint site name and list from a variable.

I manage to make the above setup work. Though on the create item action it will not. it needs the actual site address and list name noted while coding to show the actual columns that you need to populate. Wondering if there is another way to do this better?

My use case is when I move to a different environment like from Dev to Prod. I just need to update the variable values with the site and list name

    Hi @powerdevkris,

You can use environment variables of type data source for this:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/environmentvariables#use-pre-existing-data-source-environment-variables
