I have Power App containing data table connected to SQL.

Data table shows 100 records at a time and loading next 100 records once i scroll to the bottom of the screen. Is there any way to increase that limit ??

Since loading data after every 100 records makes it slow and sometimes screen gets stuck and does not load next 100 set of records.

However data row limit for non-delegable queries is set to 500

Im pretty sure that you cannot change the behavior of the data table with regard to how many items are loaded at a time. I’ve tried using a collection of the data source instead of the data source itself and there doesn’t seem to be a difference in loading speed of a data table. You can change the limit of nondelegatable functions used on data sources from 500 to a maximum of 2000. (App Settings->Advanced Settings->Data Row Limits). I believe that these limits are in place to prevent overloading of devices with limited local storage. You could submit a request via the Ideas section to modify the behavior of datatables and galleries with respect to how many items are loaded at one time.
