Since early 2024, I have stopped receiving emails in my shared mailbox directly from sharepoint. Previously, there were no issues and my team used to receive emails regularly from sharepoint whenever there is any amendment in the sharepoint files. The flow is created using power automate and it was quite smooth until early 2024 where something went wrong and we completely stopped receiving emails from sharepoint. We are receiving emails in our personal mailbox but no emails in shared mailbox. We tried adding back the shared mailbox email in the power automate but it does not work. We are facing this shared mailbox issue only with sharepoint. No issue when receiving emails from other senders. Kindly assist/advise on the fix as this issue causing my personal mailbox swamped with high volume of emails as the shared mailbox not receiving emails from sharepoint anymore.
