Dear PP Com,

I am having errors when using the action Get mail tips for a mailbox (V2).

Error is as follows:

}

This action works on my email address but shows the above error for email addresses other than my own inside our organization.

I'm requiring this action to determine if a user has an 'out of office' message or not.

Seeking your guidance and suggestions to solve this issue.

Hi,

The most likely root cause are permissions.

This error typically occurs in Power Automate's "Get mail tips for a mailbox (V2)" action due to one of the following reasons:

1. Insufficient Permissions

The connected Office 365 Outlook account does not have the required permissions to retrieve mail tips for the specified mailbox.

If you are trying to check mail tips for a shared mailbox, ensure the connection has the necessary permissions.

Hi trice602,

I've the same problem.
How may I check if I've sufficient rights? When I'm directly in the Outlook application, I receive the information if someone has its absence notification activated.
