What is the Power Automate API limit for Office 365 users?

I am not finding the correct article anywhere on the Power automate request limit (API limit) i would like to know the API limit for Office 365 user (user with free power automate access).

Also, the limit is per user/24 hours or per tenant pooled / 24 hours?
