After running a flow that I use to update a SharePoint List, I recognized ~100 items have disappeared. They are not showing in the Recycle Bin either. It’s as if they have vanished into thin air!
The flow was running for over an hour, so I cancelled it. Could that be what caused them to disappear?
And more importantly, how do I get them back?!

The recycle bin has second stage as well, worth checking if your items are by any chance in there.
I would also check if the items don't have unique permissions and you simply don't have access to them and are hidden from you. In the permissions for this list setting you should be able to check that.
Third option. Audit log in Purview. Double check in these activity logs what happened.
