Attach file but sending additonal email

Hi guys,

So I have a power automate wf which if I upload a file then it extracts the data and inputs the data into a table, then it is suppose to send an email with the attached file.

The problems I encounter is that if I upload two files then two emails are sent, instead of one email, and the attached file is not the updated version, but when I check this after the information is these.

So not sure if I need to enter a delay schedule somewhere but I am new to powerautomate.

    Hi @DanCarro01

so you meant to say when two files are uploaded, it should send a single email attaching both files within same email right?

Also i did not understand what you meant by the attached file is not the updated version

    could you please elaborate ?

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi Nived,

So if I upload for example three files, I get at my end three emails.

I have a table, and once I upload the files, there is an idle time but I receive the attached file that doesn't have the new information. After the wf run, I check the spreadsheet and I can see that the table is updated but the email attached doesn't have the updated version with the new data. I hope this clarifies
