First time I have tried this and this may be a bug with Word, but I have a need to add Images (actually signatures) into a Word Merge Table. I am using a third party form (Cognito), but have been doing so on Word merges for many years on single images and also Tables with Text with no issues. The test Flow below works (and runs with no errors) on everything except the Table images, which are blank. The signature control in the Form returns a standard image content, which can be plugged directly into a SharePoint Library or Attachment or create a file in OneDrive (necessary for Word Merge to accept the content of that), so it is completely "compatible" as far as format goes.
I can see the same format which appears to be valid base64 code on both the single image and the one in the Table. The Text in the Table works fine as expected as does both the single image and Text fields (highlighted parts) - I just have blank images in the Table.
