Moving information from Smartsheet via email to create a planner task

Hello!

I have an email to planner workflow that takes an incoming email and creates a new task in the planner.  The issue is this coming from a shared email that is using a Smartsheet form.  The issue is the text is links back to the Smartsheet form instead of the information needed for the task.  The other request was to make those links into checklist. 

Any help would be appreciated.
