I wonder about how to shorten URLs from a RSS FEED
i.e. these are fields from bing news (spanish, sorry)

What I want to do is to tweet fields "Titulo de fuente" (Source Title) and "Vinculo de fuente principal" (link source ... ) and wonder about how to shrink the URL in order to have more of the 140 tweet chars.
Ideas?
