Sending an email from a Form responses

Hi,

I'm in need of some help, i've got a flow that works with fetching responses and then emailing them out.

The problem i am having is being able to create the body of the email with the question in the form and the response to that question.

There are multiple questions and not every question is answered so while the email only returns the answered questions, it leaves huge blank spaces in between where questions aren't answered.

I currently use this if(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/r55447d5e8e3b4535a457a145b6bac5cc']='','0',outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/r55447d5e8e3b4535a457a145b6bac5cc'])

I've attached an example of what i have, so in essence if only the last question is answered, there is a huge gap until the correct answer reflects.

Help :-)

    Hi

I'd like to make a suggestion. Add your items to an Array instead. That way you can verify that it has real data and add it to the Array or if its null don't add it.
In addition, you can add the headers to the array when you define the array (instead of it being blank)

Lastly , you can then use the Create HTML Table, in conjunction with CSS to make it look how you want.

This way you never have spaces :-)

Let me know if you need specific exact details.

    Examples:

Since you already have all the Answers etc.

Thank you for coming back to me Mike.

I am only learning so if you are able to give me specific exact details, that would be amazing.

    P.S i wish i had all the answers :-)

I've got about 60 questions, so i imagine they would all need to be present in the array?

    Thanks
    Chez
