Power Automate and MS Forms

Hello,

I'm fairly new to power automate and ms forms and I would like some guidance with power automate.

I have created an ms form that is submitted by a lead person, this reports to me what shift is on and who is present for that shift

and it is working correctly, I would like to know how and if possible to have power automate determine the shift and post those results in the body of (Send an email).

We have 4 different shifts (A,B,C&D).

I tried to using 'condition' but that just stopped my emails from going out.

So I'm kinda lost on that part and don't want to have to list all the shifts in the body of the email.

Thank you in advance,

mrggutz

    Hi @mrggutz,

Can you post a screenshot of what your flow looks like currently? And a what the form looks like?

This is the only way I can get it going so far, I would like for the flow to see what crew is selected and only show those results

    thanks,

    mrggutz

    Hi @mrggutz,

You can use a Switch action against the form response of question "3. Crew". Then you can add a branch for each selection (e.g. A - Crew) and send the email with the specific content. Note that you can use the copy action / paste action on your send email step and just replace the necessary values to make it a bit less tedious.
