Help: Power Automate keeps sending email daily after flow deleted!!!

Power Automate experts, please help:

I created a flow this Wednesday Dec 23 which will trigger the action of sending me an email (i.e., I used "Create Approval" + "Wait for Approval" to request for an approval with custom responses) when a condition is fulfilled (i.e. a certain option is chosen in a Sharepoint library column). I ran the flow which worked. However, on the same day, Power Automate sent me an email EVERY hour to request for approval even though the flow has been already been deactivated!! On a daily basis after that, the system sends me 3 approval emails at exactly 10:29am. I deleted the flow entirely yesterday but the 3 emails continue to be sent today. Note that this was originally programmed as an "automated " flow and there is no recurring/scheduled condition/action programmed. Please help! 😞

    @Cat1 

    Have you tried to take action on the approval either from the emails or from the Approvals center?  That may stop the emails.

    Hi Scott, 

    Thanks for your reply. Yes, I "responded" to the auto message 3 times already (by selecting one of the approval options) but the emails keep coming...

    Hi, I have the same issue. Since about a week, all approval requests are being sent daily - which is really annoying for everyone in the process. Did something change on Microsoft's side? Thanks for looking into this!

    Hi, I have the same problem.

    After disabling the approval flow, e-mails continued to be sent to my colleague. I deleted the flow and eliminated the approval requests from the list one week ago, but e-mails haven't stopped. I don't know what to do more...

    Maybe you've deleted the elements (workflow actions) inside the flow, but the flow itself is still exist in ON mode!

    Have you tried this:

    Got to Homepage -> MyFlows -> FlowName, press "Turn Off" from the ribbon, as it's shown at the picture below:
