How to have Approval Link in Power Automate to the PowerApps Item

Good day,

I would like to have a link to the specific item being questioned for approval on flow/powerautomate. Is this possible?

Reason is the approver doesn't want to check an email text format and want to see it in the Form itself / website itself

Also the form is quite long

How are your users accessing this flow? Is it from PowerApps?

Hi @PTBBSolutions ,

The users only use powerapps by filling up the form.

The approver can also check the powerapps itself but he prefers to have a link to the exact item being questioned for approval.

1. Long way he can check the ID in the email, and then go to the app, access the database and select the ID and check Edit form.
- However, he doesn't want that.
2. Approver wants a link directly to the item being questioned

Wow thanks this is what i was looking for.

Though I have to ask, is there a way to know the website URL without going to the details tab and copying manually? Like a Code that can generate the main URL

Hi @grapejuice ,

I don't think there is a way to get the link from the app directly. What is the problem to go to the details screen one-time?

Hi @PTBBSolutions ,

Well its not big of an issue. Its just that I have 2 files. One is the Live version and the other is the Editable version and just replacing the one that is "live" once okay with how Edit version works.

Yes versions works but I rather do this since I publish often to test and I do not want to disturb the live one.

If i were to do this then whenever i replace, i have to change the app link is basically the issue. nothing big i guess
