Unattended flow fails when waiting for image

Hello everyone,

am new at using Power Automate. I've done some digging around online, but am still having trouble with a desktop flow that I am trying to run Unattended on a VM. I already updated the screen resolution in the config file as instructed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/how-to/set-screen-resolution-unattended-mode, but my flow still fails when it is waiting for an image. I have no issues running this flow attended. Is there something else I may be overlooking or need to tweak besides the resolution? Has anyone else had similar problems waiting for an image in an unattended flow?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Have you checked the screenshot that is produced by Power Automate Desktop when the flow fails (Run details/Action details)? or if you have take screenshot -action just before the failing action. Does the resolution look exactly the same as when ran attended? Is the image visible?

Do you need to use "wait for image" or could you change to wait for window content/web page content? Image recognition is way more unstable than if you would use UI elements since if the image is off by even one pixel or some window is partially on top of it then the flow will not find the image.
