Power Platform and Office 365 Iconography for Technical Documentation

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on technical documentation for a Power Platform solution, which includes a Power Apps form integrated with a SharePoint Online list.
To enhance the documentation, I’d like to create a professional and visually clear diagram. For this, I’m looking to use official iconography for Power Platform services, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.
Does anyone know where I can find high-quality official icons or graphic resources representing these services?
My goal is to use them in Visio (or another diagramming tool) to better illustrate the interactions between the apps and services.

Thank you in advance for any links or resources you can share.

I would suggest looking into Power Docu, which is a GitHub project that can automatically generate documentation of flows and solutions. It inserts appropriate icons corresponding to the actions. I am not sure where it gets the icons from, but they can be refreshed. Here is the link to it GitHub - modery/PowerDocu: Generate technical documentation from your existing Power Automate Flows and Power Apps canvas apps

You may also find this feature that is in preview useful: FAQ for generating a flow description using Copilot - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn. It is currently only available for environments in the USA. This is an example of what it wrote for one of my flows:

This flow triggers on new items in a SharePoint list, processes shipment data, generates a commercial invoice in a Word template, and sends an email with the invoice attached. It handles both single and multiple items, formatting the data accordingly.
