We're currently working on creating a helpdesk ticketing system. We are currently in the building and testing phase. During the testing phase I've noticed that when receiving a ticket the email from category looks like this "Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate <microsoft@powerapps.com>; (Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate via sendgrid.net)" and I was wondering if that could be changed it to say its coming from our ticketing system? Also is there a way to change the subject line as well, currently the subject line looks like this "[EXTERNAL] There's a ticket for you:" and also make that a better subject line? and last but not least is there a way to change the body of that same email to show more details from the ticket, currently it looks like this "There's a ticket 29 for you. Choose a facility and crew members, change status appropriately.
