How to change email header?

We're currently working on creating a helpdesk ticketing system. We are currently in the building and testing phase. During the testing phase I've noticed that when receiving a ticket the email from category looks like this "Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate <microsoft@powerapps.com>; (Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate via sendgrid.net)" and I was wondering if that could be changed it to say its coming from our ticketing system? Also is there a way to change the subject line as well, currently the subject line looks like this "[EXTERNAL] There's a ticket for you:" and also make that a better subject line? and last but not least is there a way to change the body of that same email to show more details from the ticket, currently it looks like this "There's a ticket 29 for you. Choose a facility and crew members, change status appropriately.

If you want to unsubscribe from these emails, please use this form." The word "Ticket" in blue is a hyperlink to the created ticket.

    please provide more information.

    What does your system look like?

    What have you built so far? Please post some screenshots of your flow.

    How are you sending the emails?

    What technology are you using to track tickets? SharePoint (I hope not)? Dataverse? SQL?

    Hey Leo85, I'm just assisting with this and i have no idea where to even get that info from and the other guy that I'm helping he's kind of new to this as well. We are in the very beginning stages of building it and i just noticed how the emails to and from and along with the subject line just looks like it could look more professional when someone creates a ticket. I did ask him how could we change it and he said he didn't know so i just reached out to the community. So the sad part about this is he just told me about 30mins ago that the project has been put on hold until we here back from the higher ups.

    We too are having fun with power automate and our leave approvals system. We are told this error does not happen on macs using safari but would like to fix it for PCs. 
    we get a top header where nothing works (links etc) that hides the original email (that we never receive separately)

    Then we have to click on the show original message link to see something that does take us to our form to approve. But this is hidden in a tiny window and is hard to read

    We would just like to remove the top bit so we only get the original email.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated
