Power Platform limits for the Production environment per 24 hours

Hi all,

I have a Power Platform environment for a project with Power Apps per App licenses only. I have created several Power Automate flows in this environment and want to enable them to run. Upon checking, I found there are different 24-hour limitation on the different Power Automate license.

I am wondering what this default 24-hour limitation entails for my environment. Additionally, if I need to upgrade to a Power Automate premium license, should I assign the license to my account or to the environment?
