Confused by UI Flows ... Great Idea But..........

I watched the UI flow video that came in my email and got quite enthused as I had been looking for a connector and exploring the costs to getting one made and thought this would solve my issues except..............

Each week I go to a website and download the time cards, the jobs booked and so on.  This is a legacy site I have been using to manage my remote staff for many years now.  The downloads are currently done by my VA however other than this weekly task and the odd bit of help me find, there isnt a lot for her to do, meaning I can potentially reduce overheads with a few more tools.  Consequently I thought great UI will help remove this repetitive task.

Except it fails on testing on several fronts.  So far.  Perhaps its me and thats why i am posting here.

To download the files I go to the hosting site in the recorder, log in with user name and pass word, click through to the first form and click to download the times.  UI does this no problem to this point.  After download has been clicked I then go back to the browser and click back.  No matter how many times I do this, the recorder wont complete that step.  I thought okay, lets accept it wont complete that action...there is no other action available to complete this part of the task...hmmmm.

I know I will record all the donwloads as individual UI Flows.  So I made two Timecards and Jobs.  Normally we would do these as one download using back as I said, however UI doesnt like that.    Having created two UI Flows now I want to run them together one after another or at the same time if thats simple enough.  So I go to create a new Flow but dont see how I can merge these two together?  I dont see other than seperate buttons to start each flow how to merge them?  Perhaps I am missing something...like training, a brain, a spare fifteen hours and gallons of coffee.

    Hi @dynamictiger ,

Thank you for posting on the Flow Community Forum!

Thank you for your support for UI flows. It is currently a preview feature, and we look forward to more feedback and suggestions to improve and enrich its features.

If you want to run two UI flows at the same time, please try adding multiple branches, like:
