Necessity of adding users to Power Apps environment

I have created a canvas app backed by SharePoint list in a private environment.

I want users to access the app via URL but do I need to add all the users to the environment? Or can they use the app outside the environment? Thanks.

Hi @chickennanban ,

You will have to grant an access to user. There is no way to access a SharePoint list without giving the access.
See info from community support about the external user access.

Thanks @Gochix for your answer.
Yes I need to give users access to SharePoint list, but do I necessarily have to add them in Power Apps environment which the app is deployed to?
