Hi Team

I have an await for approval as trigger on my work flow and im using reject and approve as the approval type. I notice when i get an email notification, when i click approve it prompt me to comment. I dont want to use comment section only on reject when clicked. Is there way when setting my work flow which template to use?

@Tomac , can you see my screen shot below, the comment must not be there when approving only to reject.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you're asking here. Can you clarify?

To be clear, are you asking if there's a way to skip this step after clicking the Approve button in the email?

If so, you'll need to use a different action for the approval or build one from scratch. The comment here isn't required, but what I think you want is clicking the email button immediately takes action without having to then click the Confirm button on the webpage.
