Power Automate can't connect to the web extension (include Edge\Chrome\Firefox).

My Power Automate can't connect to the web extension. Yesterday was fine.
I try reinstall extension and PAD，But it didn't work.
I follow the guides， Check whether PAD.BrowserNativeMessageHost.exe is running（repeat run and close），
Check for errors in Windows Event Viewer
