Export data from Excel to SharePoint List uncomplete

Hello guys,

Hope you and your relatives are fine?

my problem is, I have one excel file to export and update to a Sharepoint List,

and i made the flow but the Sharepoint list doesn't recall all the row, it means in the excel file I have 354 rows, and during the export i have only 256 row?

even for the update it dosn't work.

Please could you give me advise ?

Hi @Mansoor88 ,

Could you share the full screenshot of the flow configuration?

Make sure that when you open Settings again, Pagination is already enabled.

Hello,

Thank you for helping me. I am learning through online tutorial.

Besides, here are some extra information:
I have created two Flows:
the first flow to export from Excel to Sharepoint List,
the second flow to update the sharepoint List based on the Excel Update.

The issues that I have face,
1) If i do the export trigger, It does not recover all the rows, despite the paginationation and threshold activated and filled > I have 352 Rows in the Excel sheet, but i have only 255 rows recovered in the Sharepoint List.

2) if I do the Update flow, its is not updating accordingly, I have some extra rows created in duplicate for non purpose. result i have 300 rows after the update flow, which means 255 row initially imported, then 45 extra rows duplicates.

I am fresher, but determined to learn and make it by my way.
Please advise when the mistakes occur.
