Outlook Send an Email v2

Good morning,

I've got a basic flow that's terminating in the Outlook Send an Email (v2) action. My outlook administrator has set me up with "Send As" permissions on a shared email inbox and I have tested and confirmed these permissions by manually generating an email out of that inbox to be sure.

However, when this flow runs with that shared inbox set as the "From (Send As)" field, it errors out and tells me that I do not have permissions to send.

Can I get some guidance on what might be wrong here?

Hello

there is permission need to be set send on behalf also addition to send as that what error complaining about

I've got my sysadmin setting me up with Send on Behalf permissions as well.

In the mean-time, I wonder if this could be an issue as well -
My credentialed outlook account that I'm using to run the flow is O365-based, but this shared inbox that I'm attempting to send from is an on-premise account. Will that be a problem?

sharedmailbox need to be 365 shared mailbox hosted on 365 online not on prem
