I want to use the PA,but there is no network, I should run it in offline mode.
Are you talking about Power Automate, or Power Automate Desktop?

You are saying that I can't run my flows if I don't have a connection? I guess I've never ran into that issue, but yes, I find that odd.
I mean that,I cannt start the application without internet conncetion cos it want me to login,so I cannt use it.
Yes, I also find that is an unfriendly problem. Without internet, you cannot loading your flows. Currently, my suggestion is using some RPA else.
What else rpa do you use?
I use LITRPA a local RPA free for personal user. The main reason I use it because I cannot use the PA clould function as a personal user, especially for time trigger.
But it is a local RPA all Chinese I am not sure whether you could read.
