Hi
I have used the template flow - Save Office 365 email attachments to OneDrive for Business
It works fine, but is also adding an extra file each time - called image001.png
What is this file? Can it be removed without affecting the flow?
Does the email that the attachment comes form have a signature? These often contain an image that will show up as an extra attachment.

Put a condition in the flow that checks the extension of the attachment before creating the file. If its a PNG then don't create the file. But you'll need to edit the flow created by the template to make that change.
