Hi,
We have a scenario where we need to send attachments to external clients while setting up a Teams meeting via power automate following certain business logic.
However, we don't see the Attachment section as a parameter anywhere with this connector.
We can see this is available with Send an email V2 connector. Here, we can first generate the meeting invite link and user the WebLast URL to send in the Email along with the required documents attached. But in his scenario, he meeting invite won't show up on Teams calendar.
Hence, we cannot use the Send an email V2 connector for our purpose.
Could you please suggest any other connector or any other option using which we could set up a Teams meeting that would appear in the calendar as well has the provision to send attachments.
NOTE : We are sending these kind of documents as a link to internal members. Like we first store this document in a sharepoint location and send the link in the invite so they can access it but external people will not have access to the sharepoint location which is internal to the organisation.
