As a best practice, we create all our flows in solutions, so they can be distributed to other environments easily. And of course we don't want to change all the triggers in the flow when moving from a DEV to UAT environment.

Therefor we use environment variables. But unfortunately, the experience is not stable. Some months ago, this was working fine. Yesterday I created a new flow, doing the same setup and the flow is not showing in the BC user interface.

In all cases the instant flow should show in the UI but does not with the third option.

I have tried all kind of variations, but no luck so far

BC env = empty, BC comp = variable

BC env = variable, BC comp = empty

BC env = fixed, BC comp = variable

etc, etc

Everytime I turned the flow off and on again. Because I know for sure that it get reregistered.
