It seem like the temple can only handle one new email.
If multiple email arrive, it only process one email and stop .
Is there a way to modify it to handle multiple new emails ?

    I believe for every new email which arrives- it runs seperate instance of the flow

    You can ignore the template and build this yourself.  The trigger 'when a new email arrives (V3)' receives a new email, it will do the actions below the trigger, shown below.  This trigger will process emails as they arrive and it will check for new emails every 1-2 minutes, give or take.  That said, it will process a single email, one at a time, or 100 at the same time too.
     
    In this sample below, I am just getting the current date/time in UTC to show an additional action.

    I have 8 new emails received every morning 5:00am within 1 mins from other company.
    It process only 1 mail and ignore the rest....
