Update a table with another table by ID

I have this flow that does the following. When I get an email with the subject "excel" a table is created from the attachment of the email. I now want to enter the values of this table into the existing table "Test", where the ID of the rows must be the same. How can I do this?

It is another column which is called ID

Can you show a sample of the Excel and are you talking about the row ID 1/2/3/4/5 as in the row its entered into? Or is there another column called id
