Building a Flow with a form from Microsoft Teams

I built a Flow that started an approval process for the form entry and then created an item on a sharepoint list once completed. I wanted to move the form from my OneDrive to a team on Microsoft Teams so that it was accessible to more team members. Now when I went to edit the flow, I cannot pull up the form I created. How can I connect my Team to Power Automate?

    Hi.

If I understand correctly, you want to use the Form you created inside Teams and use it in a Power Automate flow but cannot find the Form in the Power Automate trigger dropdown.  If that's correct, let me show you how to get the form ID so you can enter it as a custom value.

In your Teams Form, go to Settings and click on Add Collaborators.  Navigate to the URL and copy the Form ID in the URL.

Then in Power Automate, instead of using the Form name dropdown, at the very bottom, select 'enter custom value' and paste in the form ID.
