Flow sounds easy:

New File on FTP -> Send an email with attached file

It works, that the flow sand an email, the attachment is also there, but the files are broken. What did i wrong?

    Hi @fep ,

It's similar to send Email with attachments that from SharePoint library, see in below official doc:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/community/power-automate-send-sharepoint-files-as-attachments

So you need to 1. Create an array variable. 2. Append file Name and file content to the variable. 3. Use this variable in the send Email action as the input of Attachment array.

    Hi @fep ,

As I don't have an FTP server to use, I'm not able to create the flow for you. But you can see flow templates in Power Automate Portal:

You may create some flows from the templates and learn to know how to create your own flow.

    Best regards,
