newbie- would appreciate pointers on how to do the following for document approval:
I would like to have two folders
APPROVED documents - read only by all except owner
PRELIMINARY - any new documents ready for approval are stored here. Trigger on
file creation or modification. Once approved, documents are moved to APPROVED
automatically.
Approver(s) is/are dependent on document.
I was thinking of a few alternative solutions - not sure what is possible:
(a)When user stores doc in PRELIMINARY folder, text box for email addresses of approvers pops up.
(b)Using a form to trigger approval - user enters approver email addresses, flow copies
document to PRELIMINARY folder.
(c)custom content types meta data - enter approver email addresses here
