Can't add multiple emails to the Bcc field in a notification flow

I 've created a flow that triggers a email notification when a news post is published in SPO.

I am unable to add multiple contacts to the bcc or to fields when I try to paste them from another list with semicolons, spaces without spaces.. (tried a few options)I have around 200 contacts to add and can't figure it out..

Helppppppppp 🙂

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi

    Flow_CopyPasteEmails.png

Not sure if mx nr of characters allowed by a String variable allows to store +200 email addreses, if not we will need to work with an array variable

    Hope this helps

    Hi!
    Did you try the following?
Add action block Initialize variable, type string. Assign as its value your copy paste with semicolons.
Now on 'send an email' To input, assign the variable you created in first step

Please note your Power Automate Flow can be designed to read the content of the excel table with flow and also add the semicolons automatically
    Hope this helps

I mean a simple copy and paste from an excel sheet..NOT A SP LIST.

I paste them and add all the semicolons and still, the names don't come up. If I type them one at the time then it works.

    Hi @Dina ,

Could you please explain more details about the multiple contacts in the sharepoint list?

Do you have a contact list with a contact column with single line of text column? and there are multiple items in the list, each item have a contact?

Or do you have a contact list with a contact column with person type allow multiple selections?

Please explain more details so we could better understand your issue and provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Hi!
"when I try to paste them from another list"
Can you show the list you are trying to paste them from?
This feature is working in some of my flows
    Thanx!
