I need a flow that would do the following;
When a folder is moved from document library 1 to document library 2, apply permissions of document library 2.
How can I accomplish this? Or, is there any way in sharepoint to have the permissions automatically updated ?

For assigning permissions to the SharePoint list item, please refer to this blog:
Although this is a method for assigning permissions to a SharePoint list item, this is also used with the SharePoint Library folder. They can all be regarded as items and have an item ID. Please take a try.
