I'm currently creating a flow that sends emails to suppliers with options, meaning suppliers need to read the Code of Conduct and acknowledge they have red. Then, I want to export the responses of suppliers by exporting the email. I don't know what is the Message ID. I think it is from the dynamic item of my previous Send email with options.

Send email with options doesn't give you the message id. You need to use the Get Emails step.

The above link describes how to solve it but there are limitations. I would create another scheduled flow and get all the emails. Then check for the supplier email & date to make sure you are exporting the right email.
