73Hey, I am looking to create an entry in a table, based on the data in the currently visible form and the selected row(s, if possible) in a subgrid. using PowerFX in a command bar button, ideally on the subgrid, but on the form is fine too. Can't work this out, might not be possible of course. Any thoughts on an alternitve if to?
THe scenario is that I have an asset management system, the form for the Asset table shows "Template checklists" and "Live Checklists" I want to select the template from the list of possible checklists, and the Live table receives the Asset in 1 lookup column, and the Template in another. After that, I'll want to iterate through the "Template checklist items" and fill in "Live checklist items", relating to the live checklist just created. Too much? do it in a custom page? Ta.
