Power Automate - Using Connectors
Answered

I have to connect to my account every time

Hi! I'm using Power Automate (I'll call it Flow, ok?) with Excel on my job. I always save everything that I do, but everytime I have to enter in "My Team Flows", I have to reconnect to my account (as if I had to renew the connection, you know?), an error appears with the phrase "Invalid account".

I can always work it out, but it's sad not to be able to leave Flow working alone, I don't know when it will be activated.

Precisely because I need it to be automatic and facilitate our work. In this case, my Flow is created so that as soon as they fill out a Form, we receive an email notification and the answers are also automatically saved in a spreadsheet.

How to know when they will fill out the Form? I have no way of knowing, we will only disclose the Form link and wait for the notification. I am not warned when someone opens the Form, if so I could always check the Flow beforehand and let them know when they could fill in the Form. But it's not like that, does anyone know how to solve this?

I need Flow to understand that the connection to my account will always be the same and that this should not change. Why does he lose the connection? I didn't change my password and it doesn't just happen to me, it happens to a co-worker too, who has a Flow on his team.

Hello! Yes! The account connection is the only one in use...

And my co-workers only came in as owners of Flow now, before Flow was mine and that already happened 😞

    Hi thaioliv,

If you can't configure manage run configuration, I may suggest you check the connection in-use from flow and make sure your account is the one in-use.

And based on your comments, I think your flow may be shared to some co-workers and please check if your co-worker do changes on connection. To check flow history, you may open a ticket to Microsft as link

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support.

    Thanks

Hello! My connection setup is already done, and right now I had to connect my Teams account again 😞

I was unable to find this path of this link in my Flow, is it because we are from different countries? I live in Brazil.

    Hello,

Could you please try configure 'Run only users' to help you? You may configure your connection in flow. You may check more from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/business-applications-release-notes/april18/microsoft-flow/to-add-list-or-library-as-run-only-user

    Hi Michael,

I may suggest you try using Postman to get access token as https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/use-postman.

If the token size is same as flow, then it means flow get correct token as API definition.

    Thanks
