PDF Attachment is not opening when email is sent via Power Automate

I have a workflow where I need to send multiple attachment in every recipients, but the PDF file is not opening. I use JSON in append to array variable. Does this cause the issue?Please see screenshots below. The last action is a SEND EMAIL action.
