Adaptive Card to Teams "Unable to reach app. Please try again." when using image

I am using flow with Adaptive card and insert image. I am using image Url as data&colon;image/png;base64,xxxxxx. I can see image in flow card designer. When I open card in Teams I got the error: Unable to reach app. Please try again. I know that is because of image. I remove image and has no error.

How can I fix that?

I decrease image size and it's working now
